The Iowa City Press Citizen recently published an opinion piece that was a précis of my recent Iowa City Chamber of Commerce after dinner speech. In both the speech and the opinion piece, I discussed the 50^th anniversary of the War on Poverty, the need for lifelong education and engaged public-private partnerships.
